Active coaching is what sets JumpingFish apart from typical coaching methods. Active coaching is experiential. While often it is appropriate to spend a good deal of time talking through our goals, sometimes we need an extra push; we need to take action.
For example, if we are dealing with physical health and you need to increase your physical activity, then we'll start the process together.
If you need to learn how to interview for a job, we'll practice interviewing.
If talking through your goals and direction is not enough, we'll help you learn by doing.
It's coaching plus mentoring. Taking that first, active step is the launching pad to success.
